after the stuff with ruby's mum, i've decided the funniest possible arc for series 15 would be if the mrs flood thing keeps getting teased, but she ends up just being a weird old lady. meanwhile something else comes up during the series, gets implied to be something big but is left for series 16, where in turn it comes to nothing. just rtd endlessly baiting fans with dramatic arc/lore stuff and refusing to pay it off. fan theorising about doctor who in general becomes "losing to a dog at chess"
